• Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as products may be packed, stitched, customised or processed specifically for the order.
• Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos/videos and packaging/shipping-label photos. After verification, we may provide an exchange, replacement, refund or store credit, as applicable.
• Change of Mind:: Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because you do not like the colour, fabric, design, fit or appearance, provided the product matches its description and images reasonably.
• Colour & Fabric Variations:: Slight variations in colour, texture, weave, embroidery or finish may occur due to lighting, screens and the handcrafted nature of certain products. These are not considered defects.
• Stitched, Customised & Made-to-Order Products:: Stitched blouses, customised, altered and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of a verified stitching/manufacturing issue caused by us.
• Ready-to-Wear Sarees:: Ready-to-wear sarees are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, colour preference or fit preference. Wrong or defective items will be considered subject to verification.
• Sale & Clearance Items:: Products marked Final Sale or purchased under clearance/final-sale promotions are not eligible for return or exchange, except for verified damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.
• Exchange Conditions:: Approved exchange items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free from stains, perfume, makeup or alterations, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Delicate Embellishments:: Minor loosening or loss of individual beads, sequins, stones or embroidery may occur with handling or regular wear and may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
• Refunds:: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway/banking timelines. Shipping, COD and other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise or the issue is due to our error.
• Return Shipping:: For verified wrong, damaged or defective products, we will provide return instructions. Any applicable shipping charges for approved exchanges will be communicated before processing.
• Unboxing Video:: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us investigate transit damage, missing items or delivery-related concerns.
• How to Contact Us:: For any return or exchange request, contact us within the applicable timeframe through our official WhatsApp number or email with your order number, name, phone number, reason and clear photos/videos.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping across India on all orders above ₹2,499
• Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Customised, stitched and made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Remote locations may require additional time.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/details via WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can use the tracking information to follow your order until delivery.
