Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
Customised, stitched and made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated where applicable.
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Remote locations may require additional time.
Tracking details may be provided through WhatsApp, SMS or email after dispatch.
We currently offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹2,499.
Applicable shipping charges, where any, will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
In general, change-of-mind returns are not accepted where the product matches its description and images reasonably.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required order details and photographs/videos.
Stitched, customised, altered and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in the case of a verified stitching or manufacturing issue caused by us.
