While we hope you love every purchase you make with us, we understand that under certain unforeseen circumstances, you may wish to return or exchange a product.

Products sold at discounted prices are considered sale items.

Products sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.
- Note: In Special cases, we may accept exchange requests for items, provided the request is made within 2 days of delivery and the item is in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
We truly hope you never need to use this policy, but if you do, rest assured we’ll make the process as smooth as possible.
No Cancellation:
For urgent orders, we kindly request you to WhatsApp our customer support team before placing your order to confirm availability and delivery timelines.

are made exclusively on order and cannot be canceled under any circumstances once the order is confirmed.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as each piece is tailored with care specifically for you.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:

If you have received a damaged product or a wrong item, please email us at elhambyparveen98@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of clear pictures of the item within 7 days of delivery.

We will either replace the product or issue a store credit (gift card) based on your preference.

At Elham by Parveen, every product is quality checked and verified before shipping. However, we understand that rare manual errors may occur — in such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange or resend a fresh piece.

The product must be shipped back by the customer (we currently do not offer reverse pickup, but are working on implementing it soon).

A courier charge of ₹100 will be reimbursed to the customer once we receive the returned item.

Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances — only exchange or store credit is applicable.

Sale and clearance sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Do not like the product / Product not as per the picture shown:
- We understand that in some cases, you may not like the product you have received or feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However, we have a strict ‘NO RETURN’ policy in such cases.
